- "User" — Any individual accessing or using the Service, including Students, Parents, and Administrators.
- "Content" — All educational materials, text, images, videos, quizzes, assignments, AI-generated content, and other information available on the Platform.
- "Subscription" — Any paid plan that grants access to premium features.
3. User Eligibility & Obligations
- You must be at least 13 years of age (or have valid parental/guardian consent) to register and use the Service.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Prohibited activities include (but are not limited to): cheating, harassment, uploading harmful content, reverse-engineering the platform, or using automated bots.
- Violation of these obligations may result in account suspension or termination.
4. Pricing & Payments
- Certain features require a paid Subscription. Fees are displayed on the upgrade page and are subject to change with notice.
- All payments are processed through third-party payment gateways (PhonePe, Paytm, etc.). Taxes may apply as per Indian law.
- Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- All payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
- We reserve the right to modify pricing, plans, or discontinue any plan at any time.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
- All Content on the Platform (including AI-generated materials) is owned by VidyAura or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
- You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
- User-generated content (doubts, notes, feedback) remains your property, but you grant VidyAura a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display it for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VidyAura, its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.
7. Third-Party Links / Services Disclaimer
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services (including payment gateways, YouTube videos, etc.). We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
8. Termination Rights
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
